“Great self-check-in, but bathroom cleanliness needs improvement I loved the self-check-in system. The instructions were very clear, and being able to check in at any moment by yourself made it very convenient. The room matched the photos online, and the location is lovely. My only complaint is the bathroom cleanliness. The shower doors had visible limescale and some black spots that should be cleaned.”

“Bella struttura, in posizione tranquilla e non lontano d Heidelberg (per chi viaggia in auto). Buona colazione, parcheggio privato ampio, camera confortevole per tre e piacevolemte arredata. Ottimo rapporto qualita' -prezzo. Assolutamente da considerare per chi vuole visitare Heidelberg”

“Very accomodating staff. I was planning to arrive after check-in and they have a very well organized system to get your keys and to you. The rooms are small, at least the one I was in, but very comfortable and clean and very well equipped and thought out. It is peacful and queit and conviniently close to the train station with a short walk. Breakfast is great and served at a good time. The attached restraunt is also excellent with a variety of choices. There are stores nearby for those that...

“Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass das Frühstück entfallen würde , da es kein Gas geben würde, obwohl ich bis jetzt nicht verstehen kann, wozu man Gas benötigt um ein paar Brötchen mit Wurst und Käse zur Verfügung zu stellen. Solche Dinge befinden sich eigentlich in einem Kühlschrank. ”
